Nayru's Delivery Service

This was a short, two week project, based on a futuristic post office/mailbox. With guidance from Ashleigh Warner, I was able to make a Borderlands/Death Burger inspired piece that creatively challenged me in a lot of ways. My goal was to have a smaller range of colors, similar to Death Burger, while upping the grunge look, most often associated with the Borderlands series. I was generous with polys in areas that I wanted a nice silhouette, knowing I could've baked normals but choosing to focus on the flat handpainting instead. This piece really tested my senses of color in ways I didn't expect, and it's a step forward in a direction of growth. Enjoy!
